Good to know
Before you use it
- Population is the July 1, 2025 estimate. AcsPopulation is the survey's 2020-2024 average, which the other measures are based on.
- Connecticut's rows are its nine planning regions, which replaced its counties in 2022. Alaska's are its boroughs and census areas, and Virginia's include its independent cities.
- The Census Bureau caps its published medians: 250,001 means $250,000 or more, 2,000,001 a home value of $2 million or more, and 3,501 a rent of $3,500 or more. Rates are percentages.
- CountyFIPS matches the county in the ZIP code, city and school collections.
- In every format, dates are written as yyyy-MM-dd, and yes/no values as true or false. An empty value means nothing was recorded.
